▌Address Errors, Refusals & Unclaimed Parcels
｜If reshipment is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, round-trip shipping and handling are charged to the recipient
｜For refusals or unclaimed parcels, round-trip shipping and any duties are charged to the recipient. If the goods are resalable, a refund will be issued less actual costs
▌Returns & Refunds (RMA)
｜Physical goods: request a return within 14 days of receipt and ship back within 30 days to the designated RMA address [TBD]. Items must be unused, with complete original packaging and accessories
｜All round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer, including return for inspection and any outbound replacement or re-delivery.
｜Digital/download/license-key items are non-returnable. If a technical fault occurs and cannot be reasonably remedied, we will address it separately
｜Bundles or orders with freebies must be returned in full. Late, missing, or used items may reduce the refund
｜A restocking fee may apply where necessary, default 0%. Changes, if any, will be posted on the site

｜We test function and inspect condition after receipt. Missing items or signs of use may reduce the refund
｜Refunds are processed within seven business days after verification. Posting to your account depends on the card issuer
